Do companies that have submitted a notification, based on the UWV notification obligation, prior to the commencement date of the duty to report have to resubmit their notification on commencement of the duty to notify?
No, the duty to notify applies only to work that begins on or after March 1, 2020.
You do not have to do anything as the information held by the UWV remains available to the Inspectorate SZW and the IND. However, work that has been notified earlier to the UWV and which is extended beyond March 1, 2020 does have to be notified.
