If you have a temporary assignment to the Netherlands or if you are going to work temporarily in the Netherlands, it is important to know that from March 1, 2020, a duty to report applies to employers (service providers) and self-employed persons from countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland.
The EEA includes all EU Member States, Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland. This concerns a construction project, a transport order or any other business activity.
In the Netherlands, an online reporting desk must indicate which activities they will carry out, over which period and whether they will bring employees. More information about this law can be found at: www.postedworkers.nl
WagwEU B.V. can take care of this declaration completely for you. We act as a mandatory contact person for you in the Netherlands and take care of all the concerns that the report entails.
In addition to taking care of your complete declaration, we also maintain the mandatory contact between your company and the Dutch government.
You don't have to worry about any language barriers.
WagwEU B.V. will of course secure your data in accordance with the GDPR regulations and keep it no longer than necessary. In this way you are assured that your declaration is properly taken care of and you avoid unnecessarily high fines that can be imposed by the Dutch government if the reporting obligation is incorrectly complied with.
